why is swiss chard under the avoid foods, i thought that was a good food my girl eats it all the time / and spiniche once in awhile

why is swiss chard under the avoid foods, i thought that was a good food my girl eats it all the time / and spiniche once in awhile
I think because it is high in oxalates and can cause kidney stones or crystals (??) If your squirrel is prone to them. I will check but this is my thinking.:thinking
