When will Nelly need a water bottle??

Nelly is about 8 to 9 weeks old I think. I have a water bottle hanging in her cage but I dont think she is drinking any of it. Should she be?

you could put one in now....she may figure out how to use it :)

She has one there but I don't think she is drinking from it. About at what age do they start?

Sadie was approx 9 weeks when she did...I didn't see her often though since she is nocternal...I would watch the bottle....change the water everyday.....you should see a smalk differance ...Sadie prefers a water dish now I had both in there and she used both but I think she just likes getting her little feet wet :rotfl

The minute I give the first solid food, I add a water source..I use water bottles for greys and bowls with marbles/pebbles for flyers.
