Broken leg

Well, I got her teeth trimmed, and her calcium problem handled, tonight I came in to find her tangled in her nest with her leg all twisted in ti and had to cut her out. There are several hours untill i can get my vet and he is normally out of town until Mondays.

I can get her to an emergency clinic, but the issue is what on earth do I do in the meantime? I am giving her lots of greens, calcium, and did a dose of liquid calcium tonight, as well as put her in a travel cage that will limit mobility in bed next to me.

If she is in pain, she can be given INFANT IBUPROPHEN. If you can provide her weight I can give you the dose. It may help quiet her as well. If you have any Rescue Remedy, I would get some on her feet - it will absorb.
