Wild Mushrooms

Can squirrels eat any wild mushrooms???? I found some - just don't know if it is OK to give them

I wouldn't, you never know if they are safe or not...I suppose your squirrel would if they were in the wild, but since their not and they rely on you for food I wouldn't give it to them!

Even mushroom connoisseurs often make mistakes and humans get poisoned. Let alone animals

Thanks - that what I thought - but found some real big ones - so I asked

On the main road near my place are signs from local government about eating mushrooms found under oaks trees as they are deathcap mushrooms and are dangerous.
