Hole in his Right Ear :(

my little bruce has had a hole in his ear since the day i got him what could it be? its about the size of an ear piercing hole theres no signs of puncture marks or scaring its just there anyone else ever run into this? il try to get a pic if he sets still long enough XD

could have been an injury prior to you getting him...or I suppose they could get "holes" like people do near their ears...I have several kids at daycare including my niece that has small divits near their ears.

I wouldn't worry about it unless it gets infected or you notice a change in it. I have received very young squirrels with half their ear missing, holes or rips in them. He must have gotten poked by something before he came to you. Their little nails are so sharp anything is possible.

aww...lil squirrely ear!!! Yeah I wouldn't worry about it...it could have even been a tick...their ears are so thin that it could have went right through it!
