My boys are about 10 1/2 weeks old. I am feeding them formula twice a day. They take about 21 -24 cc each feeding, but would eat more if I made more. They also are eating plenty of blocks and veggies, with an occasional nut or seeds thrown in. They are showing no signs of wanting to be weaned.

Should I be giving them formula less often? More formula? Any wisdom on how begin the weaning process?

never wean them.
Let them wean themselves when they decide to (and even then, try to squeeze some formula in their menu).
THe longer they stay on formula, the better it is for their health.
It's when they stop eating formula (and don't start eating good blocks) that all problems start, MBD first.

Let them eat as much and for as long as they want.

Once they stop eating formula, blocks take place of formula in terms of nutritional importance.

As long as they eat their formula, blocks, good veggies - you do not need to worry.
