henryspets.com has a pretty nice, big enclosure for sale, fairly cheap, around $150 http://www.henryspets.com/henrys-house-exotic-pet-cage/
Bar spacing ~0.5" for adults, they'll just walk right through 1" bar spacing that is pretty popular in big cages.
If you build your own, be ware of sharp edges and cut wires, I'm having a pretty tough time controlling those on the big cage I'm converting right now.

Some googling and I find several that are made of galvanized wire. The one mine has been living in for the past year+ is galvanized.
An expert voice on this would be nice, though.

I don't know about galvanized. Most people i know with flyers use this cage that is heavy powder coated to protect from heavy metals. All I know is that the most important factor is the 1/2" bar spacing.
