Need help with dosing for a sick baby!

I need to know how to dose Sulfa-Trim for a baby squirrel.
I just got her yesterday, and just now noticed she had a snotty nose.
She is maybe 2 weeks old and weighs 22 grams (she is an Eastern Gray).
We had some heavy rain earlier in the week, so I am worried she may be sick.

I don't know how to figure out how much to give her...It was prescribed for a full grown squirrel.
(and this is the same as SMZ, but it's labeled Sulfa-Trim on the bottle).
Can someone help me?

what does the bottle say?
200/40/5mg/ml?
is it pink and sweet?

I can't make out the numbers, the label is rubbed off.
It is pink once I shake it up (seems it separates a bit).
Not sure about sweet...should I taste it?
