Need DOSE for Keflex / Cipro

Can someone please help me with with the appropriate DOSE for Cephalexen (Keflex) and Cipro?
- its for a lady that has a Squirrel with a badly infected abscess on its neck.

Weight: 285 grams
Pill: 500mg
