Legal in Louisiana?

Hi I am new here. I've been thinking about getting a flyer and I have been reading alot but is it legal to own one in Louisiana? Thank you and it's great to be here! :D

I'm sorry, but they are illegal in LA. That being said, there ARE people in LA that have them, but they constantly run the risk of being discovered, which will resullt in the owner being hit with large fines and the flyer being confiscated and euthanized. Owners also have no access to vets if they should need one.
