I have a lil one who is ready for food has been nibbling block (Katee rat block) for awhile now but what is a good start with veggies and fruit? She still vigorously eats FV so should I even give anything else right now? She's about 9 ish weeks old. :thankyou

Broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potato and peeled apples are what I like to start my babies on first. I like the harder veggies to start since they mostly just chew them up to begin with. But I believe they start getting a taste for them quickly. Messy kids:D

I always start with greens (dandelion to be exact). Greens are very important to their diet and getting them to eat them isn't alwayws easy, so I try to get them started on them when they are very young before other things. JMPO.
