Why is it so chalky? I did 1 part FV & 2 parts water. Just doesn't seem to mix well?

It also has brown dots in it & I saw a blue dot too, just seems a little weird.

Are you sure you got the right number 32/40 or 20/50? Is this in the bag or in the tub?
How does it smell?

mine usually has colorful dots in it until it's totally disolved...I always use 32/40.....never chalky
