original cookie recipee question

i make the original recipee cookies still, i was wandering i now have the calcium 600 mg with vitamin d 400 iu my question is how many should i use? i was using ones with 400 mg calcium and i used 17 of them, what i dont understand is that on the ones i was using that were 400mg says on the back calcium 1200mg, please help set me straight, thanks so much

okay my stupid the bottle says on back 3 caplets equals the 1200 so the 600 mg i guess i need 11 0r 12 caplets

Please don't use calcium combined with D...
the human ratios are not calibrated correctly for the recipe or thje sqs..
Have you contacted 4Skwerlz...she will have the answer...
I know at health food stores you can buy calcium powder...
so much easier to work with than crushing etc..

ive been using care one brand or pharmassure brand calcium with d for 6 years now, yes i had run it by her and she told me how many to use and what exta vit i needed, seems to be fine but i would like to get up to date i stuck with the original version but if she thinks i should change i will thank you very much
