My little guy, Rocky, started the dreaded "click" sometimes. I did accidently aspirate him 2 days ago. It was very small, not much at all came out, more like a little residue. He was fine, no clicking, until the next day when he started clicking. He doesn't do it when he sleeps or all the time when hes awake. His appetite is still very good, no decrease. When he wakes up in the morning he is very energetic and hungry. After I hold/feed him for awhile the clicking starts very faint and random. Not consistent at all. After a while it is in some rythym with his breathing, but when I put him to sleep it goes away. He is 5.5 weeks, half the "aquarium" style container on a heating pad, fleece inside, FV formula. I just wanna know hes gonna be ok. He hasn't changed at all in terms of activity or appetite.

I would look in your cabinets and call everyone you know and see if they have an antibiotic pill or two they never took. Vet meds or human ones. Collect these and let's hope you don't need it. But if you do, you'll be prepared. Someone here will help you dose the medication you have when the time comes.
It's best to get ahead of this and be prepared. If this clicking turns into full blown pneumonia, you won't have a lot of time to find meds then. It can kill babies quickly. :grouphug
Keep watching him and hope it goes away, but gather meds...

What antibotic do I need, human version, its illegal in GA to keep squirrels. The vets around here don't break it either.

If you can get just ONE Cipro (Ciprofloxacin) tablet you have two complete rounds of antibiotic once diluted. Cipro is the human grade version of one of the best broad spectrum vet antibiotics, marketed as Baytril (Enrofloxacin). They CAN take amoxycillen, though it is not ideal. Basically, you are looking for any antibiotic and then we will see if it can be used in the critters...
