Was reading the list of good food - didn't see beets or turnips.
I feed beets as part of my nightly diet to my skunks and fox - they're good for iron.
The skunks also eat turnips.
Are either of these acceptable for squirrels? I notice so far that he can enjoy most of the same fruits/veggies I feed the others.
