A dose oF Revolution between the shoulders will Kill them. You will need to repeat the treatment every 2 weeks for 3 treatments.
This will kill all the new eggs hatching out. Revolution will Kill ALL Mites. and Lice. Ear mites Mange Mites Flees. :thumbsup3

The revolution is still needed but in the meanwhile until you get it you can bathe him in Dawn dish detergent. This will kill the hatched ones but not the eggs and not yet hatched. It will bring him a little releif in the meanwhile until you can get the revolution.
