View Full Version : Could I Borrow a Hav-a-Heart trap in NE Central FL?

Hi all. There's a situation with a lot of stray cats in a loved one's neighborhood, including a lot of kittens and possibly rival tom cats *killing* kittens. At least, I've read that this can happen and it seems like the logical answer to what is going on. Apparently there have been two tragic deaths and I'd like to see if a spay/neuter/immunize/adopt process could take care of the situation. Or *at least* a spay/neuter/release deal. Suggestions are welcome. I know cats aren't friends to squirrels, but I hate to see this happening to them. Thanks for reading.

I have a trap too...... about an hour from Jackie --I'm in Lakeland.

Thanks. Hoping for something closer. *fingers crossed* If I can't get pretty close to home, it might end up being just as cheap to go buy one. I saw Tractor Supply is supposed to have a 2 trap set (a 36 in. long, and a 24 in. long) for about 25$. Might have to wait for the next paycheck in any case. Thanks again for mentioning. :)

Yeah, those Hav-a-Hart brand ones are really pricey. That's about the amount of deposit I had to put down to rent one in Phoenix. This one at TS isn't the same brand, but looks like the exact same thing. I really hope it works as well and is as safe.
