First off let me start by saying that I am truly thankful to be a part of a community that cares as much as you all do. I reaaly appreciate all of the advice, info, and warmth you have given us in our horrible situation. After a lot of thought, input, and advice, we had to make the decision to do what was best for our little man. He is no longer suffering, and no longer in pain. After learning about bone infections, and how long he had been injured even before we got him, I could not let him suffer any more. I hope that you all can understand, I had to do what I felt was right for him, and I stand by my decision. We are now going to go get the appropiate supplies stocked up just in case anything like this comes our way again, so as to not be caught unprepared, and unable to give the best chance possible. Once again, I thank the heavens that I found this place, and will stay on the boards so as to learn more about injuries and such. Thank you thank you thank you. I cannot say it enough. Thank you to both of you (astra and scooterzmom) for trying to help this little one. There were many people on this board that tried to hook them up with the best information and help available. So sad that they didn't take advantage of the great wealth of knowledge....:shakehead
