Emergency in india [Archive] - The Squirrel Board

A woman found a little baby squirrel , beige with stripes on his back ( maybe a palm squirrel) she has nothing to feed him , not goat milk or yogurt , not petshop to find kitten or puppie formula ... No credit card to buy something by internet ....
He has eyes open , look like 5 weeks old but he starts to eat a little bit almond and apple .
This french woman has to leave india soon , she will take a plane in 3 days and cant find anybody to help her , nobody want this little guy and nobody understand why She wants to save him :-((
i would like to know if you know somebody from india ( she is near jodhpur ) who can help and take this baby or if you know the name of an organisation there ?....
Please let me know if you have any ideas who can help .

Hi.... I am sad to hear this ... I am in delhi... Its really far.... I wish i could help the poor baby.... I would love to keep him........ But its just not possible... :sanp3 Well she will come to delhi... if they allow her to take it in air plane... Is it possible :dono then we can meet in delhi to have the baby...

Great. I read this a minute ago and was about to email wildlife people I know in India. But it's a big place and they specialize in bears. Thanks for posting and following up Flo. And for taking all of IR's pinkies :D

It is great to hear that baby is safe ... But if any help is required near cities like delhi,noida,ghaziabad of India .WIll be glad to help.:thumbsup :)
