Feeding and bathroom questions

Hammy has been on full strength FV for about a week now. His poop was a yellow color and firm until last night. Now they are a light yellow color and are mushy. They are still in pellet form but are more mushy and he seems more stinky. I feed him 5 ml every 4-5 hours and he had been taking it without any problem until his 4 am feeding last night where he refused to eat all but maybe 2 mls. When i went to feed him again at 8 am he took it all without a problem but even after stimulating he is pottying all over his bedding and pooping a lot!I stimulate after every feeding and his urine is a very light yellow if not a clear color. Am i over feeding him? I plan on using 1/2 water-1/2 formula for his next feeding and probly for the next 24 hours but I really want ya'll input. Here is a picture of him today.

Mushy poop can be a sign of over feeding...... We recommend feeding 5-7 % of their body weight.
--how much does your little guy weigh?

Im not sure, what kind of scale would i use to weigh him? He weighs hardly nothing it feels like lol i cut his feedings down to every 5 hours and its been half water half formula and they are a darker mustard color now and firm :-) i am going to go back to full strength formula on his next feeding and see how it goes! Thanks yall!!
