I save a baby squirrel fell out the nest.I have him for 7 days and now he is dying in front of my eyes all I do is cry.I called so many places nobody can help.I feel so sorry fo this creature he was okey running arround drinking milk & this evening I went to get him & he hardly move WHY,,,,,everything was okey....

margarita, I wish we knew about your problem earlier. We have many members in Florida who could help....the baby probably aspirated formula and has pneumonia. Keep him WARM and QUIET, no kids or dogs around him. I will put this in the Emergency thread and see if anyone can help you....

What kind of milk are you feeding? If it's cow's milk that could be the problem.

Sorry this is happening and we understand what you are going through. Please know that there may be issues with your little friend that aren't obvious on the outside. I am new but from what all I have been reading these little critters can have all kinds of issues. Hang in there!

I will take this baby if it can get to me. Chas has broken his right ankle and in a heavy cast, me-not able to drive so much. My name is at most of the vets in the area and I am always first on Fish and Games call list.
