Ok, somewhere along the way when I was going over the very numerous threads, I saw where someone suggested the strengths when changing over from Esplica to FV but of course now that I want to read it again, I can't find it - I've been feeding Ethan Espilac until I found this board and immediately sent for FV which just came in the mail today.
It's about time to feed him and obviously I can't just switch him over to the FV.
Anyone want to give me suggestions on the best way to start changing him over?
Thanks

OK :) It's not difficult.
Mix up some Fox Valley (1 part powder to 2 parts water) -- then mix up some Esbilac (same ratio). In a new container, mix equal parts of the FV and the Esbilac together. This half-n-half mixture will be his feedings TODAY. Tomorrow, mix 2 parts of the FV mixture to ONE part of the Esbilac mixture....that's what you feed tomorrow. By Wednesday he's going to be on full strength Fox Valley and the Esbilac goes down the porcelain convenience. :)

well heres an idea, but im not positive, because i feed mine goat milk formula(its the only thing he seems to like!) but maybe you should try mixing some esbilic into the FV and put something sweet (like apple juice) on the end of the syringe. directions:
1: pour a little FV into a bowl.
2: pour some Esbilic into the FV
3: stir together
4: suck the formula into the syringe
5: warm by filling a mug full of hot water (test on wrist to make sure its not to hot/cold!)
6: dip end of syringe into apple juice (or anything else liquid and sweet)
7: feed to baby and hopefully he/she will like it!!!
I reallyyyyy hope it works for you, because I love my baby squirrel so much that I want to help others keep them healthy!!:flash3
Me and Ronnie(<my squirrel) wish you the best!
