Pinky with possible head trauma Valdosta

my sister has found a pinky, fell from very high tree, been down awhile, cold and dry.

had her warm baby, she is trying to give pedialyte. BUT, one of the eyes is open and head jerks - I think head trauma. My rehabber list has no accurate contacts for GA. She is located in Valdosta, if anyone can give me a contact number it would be great. I fear the baby is not going to make it and my sister is completely freaking.
