Ear problem?! + other warning signs

Im panicking my 5 week old (just opened his eyes) squirrel recently developed an ear problem his ear it looks brown and dryed out and i really don't know what to do...

Ive followed countless guides on how to feed him make him bathroom prevent bloating the proper food to feed him and everything but im really scared and i don't know what to do

He also twitches a lot i dont know if its because hes scared or what...

would it be because hes in the basement with me maybe? thoughts opinions..

Can you post a pic of his ear..... so we can see IF there is a problem or just his ear trying to finish growing? Thank you -
.... his twitching sounds normal for his age.

Now please don't get to scared. Babies at the age do allot of twitching and fidgeting.
You have been doing good so far. Take a deep breath and relax. Babies Twitch,Eat,Sleep,Pee,Pooh allot! :D That is what they do best. :rotfl
