Meet Lucky:D
I took her in yesterday...I believe she is about 5 weeks old....she is on Fox Valley and is a very good eater.....the problem is I can not get her to pee or poop :osnap I am not as concerned right now of the poop issue as I have not even had her for 24 hours....the pee issue is my concern.......just wonder if anyone has ever had a hard time getting a little one to pee /and how long was it before they began to pee :dono any hints on how to get her to go :thinking 147316
She will be released when the time comes with my other boys I raised and released in my yard...lots of Oaks and a jungle for them :thumbsup
She is a sweet heart :Love_Icon

She is PROBABLY already going on her own, and you just haven't seen it. Usually, when my kids open their eyes, they no longer even allow me to stimulate them and they get pretty peeved if I try:D

She might need more hydration, too. It never hurts to give extra in between feedings fror a bit...

Very true, she may have been dehydrated and not enough liquid built up to come out in the form of pee yet. I'd definately supplement with hydration fluids between formula feedings. I stimulated my girl until she was about 7 weeks old. Probably a tad longer than necessary, but they don't always pee on their own as soon as their eyes open. :grouphug :grouphug :grouphug

:thankyou Everyone :D
Well nothing yet :osnap but I have been hydrating her in-between...I put her box she was in, inside a larger cage which also has a nest box.....I haven't opened the lid of the box yet but I will when I feed her next....maybe more activity will help. I have kept her confined till now just to make sure she wasn't injured in any way.....but she really can zoom :wahoo :wahoo
