Please take a look at this! I copied this over to its own thread so others could see.
This is a post from LynniieRockz. I

Hello, shes still alive and i had left a bit of wild animal food for her, (it had corn and seeds,) and i left a little cap that had water in it, when i went to check on her again, she had ate it all, shes now cuddled and sleeping she covered her self under the blanket. My mom bought a syringe and pedialyte, im waiting for my dad to get off work so he can help me feed her, at this point i dont know is shes getting better or if she was ever injured, she ate so could that mean she is better? I would like to ask a few questions, i hope i could get responses soon.

I searched and by the looks of the squirrel and for what i saw on pictures here, she is around 4-5 weeks old

1. Is it normal for it to be sleeping alot? (She was moving around the box the last time i checked. And once she heard me she curled up under the blanket and felt asleep, i dont know if she is shy or scared of me.

3. How much pedialyte should i give her and for how long?

4.How do they poop? (I didnt see any poop)

5. If she is 4-5 do they bite?

6. What else can i feed her?

7.Can you guys help me out taking care of her while i find a wildlife rehabilator?

8.She cries when she hears noises exept my voice, is this normal? Is more like a fussy noise

9.Is it normal for her stomach to pump fast? Is that the way they look when they're breathing?

10. Will she panic if we try to pick her up and give her the pedialyte?

11. What if i cant find any rehabilitator near me? I know i cant keep her but will it be hard to take care of her while shes ready to go outdoors?

THANKS IN ADVANCE I HOPE ONE OF YOU COULD ANSWER ME, AND SORRY FOR ASKING TOO MUCH QUESTIONS. I just want to help the little squirrel and want to make sure im doin it right

No problem Tom.
When I saw you responded my heart jumped!! We were sitting here trying to figure out who was calling in sick to work to drive 7 hrs to Madison. LOL.
Thank you once again for saving the day....and I am soooo happy she will still be able to see him. Her parents need a good pat on the back for raising that one!!
