Anyone ever had a problem with shipping from Henrys?

I dunno if I messed up or they did or what...I ordered formula and syringes and nipples the night before last and it shipped yesterday I think...today I get an email saying nothing but shipment canceled, reason postage destroyed...what is that suppsoed to mean! It had no further detail...I gots a baby here people! She needs her stuffs! I just wish there was more detail and/or more intruction on what the problem was and how to fix it.

Ok now its being shipped again...lol. C'mon people! Baby needs her stuffs! Oh UPS how I hate you...one of my adopters ordered a cage for like 300 bucks and by the time they got it UPS had dropped it n banged it up a bit...good for me cause I got that cage for freeee lol..n UPS had to pay for the new one..careless kooks! I blame them..lol

You do know what UPS stands for, right???? lol Sorry, hopefully you will get it fast (and in one piece!) Have had many issues with UPS in the past (although thankfully never with squirrel suuplies!)

See the phone number on the top of her site? Give a call. The woman who owns Henrys is a member here, 4skwerlz. This is her business. I am sure she will be happy to answer your questions, either by phone or PM - she always answers mine! She ships USPS though, not UPS.

NEVER had a problem with Henry's, quite the opposite! Love the site, love the people, love the service!

I think UPS screwed up not Henrys...it just gave no detail what so ever so I was confused for a sec...but right after I posted this it was reshipped.

I placed an order Friday night and I got my package today (Tuesday). I was impressed with the fast shipping. I really wasn't expecting until later in the week.:thumbsup :)

Fox Valley Formula Delivery Delay

I found out today that all orders of Fox Valley 32/40 from Nick were held up until today due to a problem they had with receiving one of their ingredients. Unfortunately, Henry's shipment of 32/40 was also delayed. Our delayed shipment has been Overnighted to us and will arrive tomorrow.

What this means:
If you ordered formula directly from Nick at Fox Valley during the last week, your orders are being shipped now. I'm sure if your need is urgent, Nick would be willing to Express your order if it hasn't gone out.

If you ordered 32/40 formula from Henry's over the weekend or Monday, which is when we ran out of formula, and your order was not already shipped, your order will be Expressed and will arrive Thursday. (You will receive an email saying your label has been cancelled, and a new email saying your order has been shipped again.)

I hope our TSB rehabbers can work with the folks here with babies, to help them figure out temporary formula solutions. I'm very sorry, and I hope and pray no babies' health is affected.

Again, the affected orders will arrive via Express on Thursday.
