So, DB is a 9 month old flyer and about two weeks ago she developed a biting habit. She fell out of a tree at 1 week old and I've had her ever since. She was really sick for the first two months I had her. Diarrhea, pneumonia.. she had it all. We bonded a lot and she really fought to live and made it. She's very healthy now. Having to feed her every hour some days, keeping her near my chest and whispering to her when she was sick made us very close. But all of the sudden about two weeks ago she developed this biting habit. I let her out of the cage for 2-3 hours every night. Towards the end is when I'm starting to lay down and get relaxed for bed. This is when the biting happens. She'll come out of nowhere jump on my foot, knee, or knuckles and bite the hell out of me. She'll bite me two or three times really quickly like she is flipping attacking me. Then she'll run away really fast before I can react. I wouldn't have time to spray her with a water bottle or anything. I don't know what to do. She's always kinda did little nibble bites, but these make me bleed. Obviously not much, it's like a pin prick, but still it hurts. I'll yell and tell her no, but every night she'll do it again. Wondering if anyone had any suggestions.
