Has anyone had any problems with ordering fox valley lately? I placed an order on Thursday and I have gotten 2 emails saying unable to deliver message to his email. I just more pinkies today. I have enough formula to last me till it arrives as long as the order will process next week and it will get sent out. Just afraid that they are not operating for some reason, or if his email is too full...they order may stop trying to deliver in another day or two.

Are you ordering from Fox Valley? Since you are in Florida, you can also order from www.henryspets.com. They are in Melbourne. What part of Florida are you in? In a emergency, there may be members nearby who will share!

Give Nick, the owner, a call just in case -- but those "undeliverable email" messages have been happening for a couple of years. Nick keeps saying "is that going on, again??" when I tell him and says he'll fix it, but of course he's too busy making his excellent formula and we forgive him. :)

I personally have never had any troubles when ordering from them..... but as IR has stated they have had issues before, therefore, I would give them a call.

Ok, I will definitely give him a call Monday morning. I think I have enough to get me through if he mails it out next week. My pinkies seem to be doing especially well. I had ordered a selection of different syringes/teats from Chris' squirrels and the mini is perfect for them. :) I did not know there was someone in Melbourne that had the squirrel formula. That is good to know in a pinch, it would probably arrive the next day if they ship that day. So I will add them to my bookmarks for future needs, or if I am not able to get ahold of Fox Valley this week.

Thank God for Nick at Fox valley, Leigh at Henryspets and Chris at squirrelsandmore....what would we do without them? And, Leigh and Chris ship FAST....Chris is only 80mi or so north of me, so even when I don't pay for overnight, I get it overnight :thumbsup.
