Testes too big?? Evidence of Lyme infection?

These are squirrels that hang out on my deck. I noticed this guys scrotum was large and dragging. I also noticed he had a tick embedded in his tail. We have a terrible Lyme Disease problem in MD. In humans Lyme can manifest as swollen scrotum or testes. Anyone know anything about this??
