does he otherwise act normal?
is he active? lethargic?
does he appear cold?
how are his gums? pink? grey?
sorry for all the questions, but they will expedite help..
have you done the pinch test to ck for dehydration?
gently lifting the skin between his shoulders ...if it relaxes, great...
if it stays tented you will need to start slow oral hydration...
with a syinge may be best if he is engorging himself.
Home made hydration fluid
1 quart warm water
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
mix well and store in fridge upto 72 hours, then pitch!
someone will be here soon to help...:Love_Icon

Agree, use the homemade version. Make it slightly warm. Feed it slowly.
