Does anyone know anyone willing to rehab an injured red-bellied woodpecker in Eastern Hillsborough or Western Polk county in Florida?? (I'm in the Brandon area) I only do mammals- not birds! :dono
A student found it along side the road- may have been hit by a car. They brought it to their chemistry professor who immediatly called me because I do squirrels.:thinking Anyway- I need help for this little one. It is alert and hopping around, but may have a cut on its head and possible wing injury. Please PM me if you know of anyone!
