I was looking for Heavy Cream in the Milk section and all I could find was Heavy Whipping Cream... Is this the same thing as the Heavy Cream thats in the GM Recipe or the Heavy Cream & Yogurt that others add to their Fox Valley Formula?

Thank YOU - I will pick some up tomorrow when I go to Walmart to get a couple boxes of Pistachio Pudding Mix for My Easter Mousse.

Yes, heavy cream is also called whipping cream. It's the 35% milk fat stuff. Try to get the one with the fewest thickeners and additives.

Wal-mart brand heavy whipping cream is what I use :thumbsup. The main thing to look for is that it is just cream, some have skim milk as an ingredient, which is not good!

Thanks.

milk will not hurt a sq...as in death right now!!!
It's just that cow milk does not have enough nutrition to support life in a sq...
they suffer malnourishment on cows milk, or Clarrisa's scalded milk, it's ugly, slow, painful and they always have severe diarehha...sad sad...
FV rocks..

I’m feeding my 4.5 week old babies. Chip and Dale Esbilac formula, should I add heavy cream to it? Is it better for them with the heavy cream? Thanks.mjs

Heavy Cream (Full Fat Yogurt /or both) can be added to their formula IF needed for extra calories to fatten them up.
But first off we would recommend you which them over to Fox Valley Formula.
Homemade Recipe - until FV arrives
1 cup Goats Milk
1/3 cup Full Fat Vanilla Yogurt
1/3 cup Heavy Cream
(lasts 72 hours in frig)

I wouldn't have bought it because it said skim milk as an ingredient, I had 3 little flyers a couple years ago and bought heavy cream at Giant Eagle (can't remember what brand) and one got sick and died a couple days later and I talked to another rehabber and they specifically asked if the heavy cream had cow's milk. I looked and sure enough first ingredient was cow's milk. So, I won't buy any with skim milk in it.
The label has to say contains milk for allergy reasons I think. It contains just the fat from the cow's milk, but it is still cow's milk.
