Hi all I hope all your babies are doing good :jump
Baby Boy is doing great :wahoo
He loves plain yogurt. He doesn't want any formula but he loves plain yogurt. Is it ok for him to have it?
When he's running around not listening to me I open the refrigerator door & boom he's right there. So I give him some plain yogurt. I figure it's a good source of calcium since he doesn't want formula anymore. He has 2 henry blocks in the morning & cucumber, lettuce & cauliflower leaves for his lunch. I'm going to start to add more veggies & fruit little by little but I was wondering about the yogurt for now!!
Thanks so much for your help

YES..... it is perfectly safe for them to eat yogurt, we prefer to feed them full fat yogurt so they can get the added calcium and protein from it.

I mix his fox valley formula into his yogurt (sneaky, sneaky me :D) and it works like a charm. He gets his yogurt and his formula in one.

Although if your formula is esbilac or something else, the yogurt alone might be better for him than the mixture.. not quite sure about those.

AWESOME!! - My older Squirrels will not touch their yogurt IF it has been whipped or stirred to mix the FV into it so I can no longer give FV to them.....
Thank Goodness for HHB and HT Rodent Block #2018 :thumbsup

HHBs.. not as much luck with those. As ground up as they are, he still manages to pick the pecan out of them and chuck the rest. They look like pieces of coral when he's done with them lol. Still waiting for my HT to come in, hoping they're a bit more incorporated..
