How old is he? Sounds like pneumonia. Is he on a heating pad? What have you been feeding him? He will need antibiotics ASAP. Do you have a vet you can take him to? Or perhaps there is a rehabber close to you who can take him? This is very serious and they crash very quickly. How long has this been going on?

Get the squirrel to a rehabber or wildlife facility where it can be given antibiotics! There is NO OTHER WAY to cure aspiration pneumonia. Act QUICKLY.
