Finally got a weight on the babies. 75 and 80 grams. Ive been giving 5cc of the Esbilac/yogurt/cream mix every 4 hours. Is this sufficient? Should hopefully be having the FV arrive tomorrow. Then I will need amt/freq for that as well :/

That seems just about right. Transition to the FV gradualky - over several feedings, by mixing the formulas together and gradually increasing the FV until you are feeding it straight.

You will probably be able to spread the feedings out further once on the FV. They do not digest it as quickly and stay full longer. You want to observe and see what the tummy looks like the first couple times.
