I can only take in a few pinkies and eyes-closed b/c I have no room for older. Once they are mobile and need to come out and run around, I have no place for them. (I would need a for-sure TSB place to pass them to at that stage)

I am in Lutz. Open to ideas. Maybe there is someone that can't do littles, but can do bigger kids? Hoping I can fit myself in the "I can help out" link somehow. I can do 'round the clock feeding/care with no problem. I've done/do squirrels, mice, rats... happy to take anything as long as they come with basic instructions :D ... Wish I could do more!

Thank you for helping these little guys out!

And.... IF I cant keep the single as I just took in three 3 wks old (totaling 12 squirrels) and only have baby cages available atm - Jennifer is coming over to visit me this Friday to see my squirrels and to take her crash course on Squirrels and she would be more than willing to take a squirrel home with her..... :thumbsup

What condition is he in? What's his story?

If noone else turns up I will take him.
My only concern is if he is much smaller than my 2 smallest.
I just moved them into a big cage and he'd have to keep up.
They are not at an age where they would harm him, but it
may freak them out to have a stranger move in!

I've agreed to meet in the next half hour to get the little guy
but suspect by his description he is way smaller than my
fat crazy girls.

Rescue04 why don't you PM me your contact info and maybe
we can work out a swap tomorrow sometime if you are able to take him.

On my way now so I'll check in later!

Thanks again Fire-eyez for helping baby squirrels find their way home!
To those of you tuning in the short story is he was found in the middle of the street
by a good samaritan and has been in their care for a few days.
He's in good shape and did not need to be rehydrated.
Weighed in at 80g and knows exactly what to do with that nipple!

He was quite annoyed that we were handling him but not FEEDING him during the exchange!
He's been fed now, tucked in, and is sleeping peacefully in fleecy goodness.

He gave me that universal expression of RELIEF when I stimulated him - lots of clear pee!
Tomorrow the plan is to coordinate with Mr. Rescue04 and he can join some of his own kind and size!

Rhapsody, we'll keep you on the back burner...thanks for the offer!

He's a little ornery guy with a one track mind - FEED ME!!! :D
Grumbles in complaint every time the syringe hits 0.
Feeding him is like a wrestling match he wiggles around so much.
:rotfl

No complaints from me...glad he's not dehydrated or malnourished. :thumbsup

He is sooo cute - laughed when you said he wiggles so much - that is how I came up with the name for my little red. He looks like a sweetie - and you are an angel for seeing that he is taken care of. B.B:thumbsup

He is home, just ate 4cc and has nuzzeled in my hand for a nap. He is not happy in the cage alone, stuffed animal and heat does not help........he just wants to be held. So for now he is happy we will keep him by himself - our little ones the same age are still on baytril, in three days he will have 2 sisters to cuddle with and wild up too. El will post picks later, we did get pee and a little runny poop, but poop is poop!

Yeah, the interpretation for that noise he makes is
"gimmee more!! what's the hold up!! doesn't this thing go any faster!! GET IN MY BELLY!!" :rotfl

LMAO!! you are soooooo right!! i guess the species of a boy does not matter...they are always hungry!! he is a little piggie and does take his eating seriously!! i swear he growls if i dont refill the syringe fast enough!!
