I checked on my flyer tonite and he is not moving. i have him on a heating pad and when i blow in his face he blinks his eyes. any help or advice is needed. i never had a flyer before. i dont know if he is injuried internally or not. he can to me from a tree cutter. i am trying to get him warm again and if he starts moving...i will try and give him some formula. he is old enough to be on his own but i know i can release him alone. i dont know what to do other than put him on a heating pad and check on him from here.

Not sad at all....just shows much compassion for a living creature whose life was cut way too short...:shakehead :Love_Icon

So sorry to hear about this. Try to take comfort in knowing that you did everything you could (it sounds like you started off on the right track with getting him warm) and there may have been something else going on internally that you couldn't have helped. :grouphug

So sorry...Rest in Peace.
I am so terribly sorry. I too feel that there was something wrong that couldn't be seen. Flyers are difficult-and different from grays in so many ways. He felt warmth from your heart too, he's last moments, that a lone means so much and you gave him that.
RIP Little Flyer man-may your heavenly glides match an angels flight.:grouphug :grouphug :grouphug :Love_Icon :Love_Icon :grouphug :grouphug

I am so very sorry for your loss. I was just thinking, since he was cut down in a tree, it was unusual for him to be the only one, as this time of you, you would normally find them in colonies. Perhaps he was ill and had gone off to die (animals do it all the time). I am not trying to make a sad situation worse, but it is a possibility. You gave him a safe, warm place to spend his final time. RIP little Batman.
