I used to give some to Scooter and I do give some to Hami although not very often - he's not that crazy about it ;) For my guys I just slice it in slices of about 3/4" thick and cut the slice into 4 pieces.

Not sure about the nutritional value, maybe some of the rehabbers and/or nutrition experts can tell us more on that.

I never buy it so I never feed it
I would peel it if I were you...don't trust it

If I remember correctly, Jackie almost lost one of hers and she's pretty sure it was eggplant. So many things you can be sure are good - why experiment?

I don't feed Eggplant for that reason, but I do feed tomatos one week a month. Do you not feed tomatoes either?

She loves the mini tomatoes. Eggplants goes buy buy. Unless the wife wants to make a veggie lasugna.
