Dates?

I'm sure this has already been answered somewhere here, but I'm feeling especially lazy today....
I have two pounds of dates. Are these okay for Snickers as an occasional treat?
I had intended to order 2 pounds of mixed nuts and 1 pound of dates, but I got my order switched around. Hey, it was late! :D
