Rehabber in Arkansas! Help

I have a 12 wk old fox squirrel way too small for his age found a large bump under his arms. He eats and pottys fine but he's acting lethargic and sick anybody close to harrison arkansas? The vets won't help.

Ok I have been having a hard time logging in so here is some contact info that goes straight to my phone email nicolemdees@live.com. We can drive probably an hour or two one way. Fayetteville is and hour and a half springfield missouri is an hour flippin arkansas is 25 mins. I just need someone with any type of experiance to look at scooter. I dont know what more I can do for him and I hate watching him like this. He was always the slower smaller squirrel but he trys so hard to be like his brother, he is a strong little guy lasting as long as he has I think. He just doesn't seem to grow? And now he is just laying around and can hardly move. I feel so helpless, I wish I could do something for him.
