Question about making goat's milk formula

I guesstimated badly on when I would run out of FV and waited to long to order more. So I got all the stuff to make Jackie's goat's milk formula till the FV gets in.

I could only find evaporated goat milk in a can.

My question is, do I need to mix the concentrated milk with water like it says on the back of the can before I use it in the recipie?:dono

Yes - reconstitute it per label directions, THEN mix with the other ingredients.
