one eye open..

I'm a proud SQ mama right now. I went to feed Jambee about 20mins ago and the little bugger looked at me with one fully opened eye.

The other one looks just as shut as it did yesterday.. When will it pop open?

POPEYE!!!
Finnagin waited 3-4 days to open the other eye. I think the first one opened because he was traumatized and scared crazy hanging on for life and limb, screaming and barely clinging on a steep pitched roof. Don't know how true that is. Eyes open when the tissues separate on the lid. If it only opens partially I have taken a cotton swab and gently cleaned the lids with sterile optical saline.

About 5hours after the other one partly opened lol... waited on it until about and hour ago and then helped it along with a warm wet cotton ball... We're wide eyed and bushy tailed now :)
