I'm just curious.. I've read a lot about how when you first introduce blocks, the babies will play with them and maybe gnaw on them a bit, and then eventually start eating them.

How long does that process normally take? I'm in no rush, just curious to be sure my guy is on track. His eyes opened two weeks ago and unless I soak one and offer it immediately after his formula, he doesn't touch them. How long should it be before he starts eating them?

i have the same question. i have been offering my little guy rodent block and leaving one in his cage but he is really not interested. i can encourage him to take a nibble every now and again but he is definitely not eating them.

Am I missing something?

Crush and soak the block in formula and offer in a shallow bowl
