Squirrels and Jumbo rats as cage mates??????

So somebody in my apartment complex let go of 2 jumbo rats. I was lucky and hey came and got me. I was able to safely grab the guy and brought him home. He is almost the same size as Talula. Can they be cage mates if they get along? Here is a pic. He is very thirsty ad drinking well.
