e-collar for squirrels?

Does anyone know....Is there a size of the e-collars that would fit squirrels?
I've tried searching online but can't find anything that small.
There has to be something used for small pets that would work.
I found a few references to making one but I am not that crafty...:crazy would rather purchase something.
