Hi,

I have a 5 week old squirrel that I am syringe feeding. He is on the Fox Valley formula. When do I add any changes to his diet? What and how much? His eyes are open and he has bottom teeth only right now.

Thanks,

Michele in Tampa

Keep him on formula as long as possible. His first nibbling food should be rodent block or squirrel block. At first they will just play with it and gnaw on it.

:Welcome to TSB. Baby season sure starts early in FL.:)

When should I introduce the nibbling block to him?
