Is my 4 month old grey squirrel getting enough nutrients? What else can I feed him?
He eats 4 Zupreem Monkey Biscuits per day. I also give him a couple of slices of papaya during the day. He drinks plenty of water from a water bottle. I am scared to feed nuts because he has been calcium deficient, but has recovered.
What are some other types of feed to provide in his daily diet?

Your squirrel MUST have a variety of veggies every day, and a some fruit. He also needs in-shell nuts (Pecans, hazel nuts, etc.) to open - not only do they like them, but it helps keep their teeth trimmed. Keep a cuttle bone in his cage so that he can chew on it if he wants to. Does he like yogurt? I use Dannon Natural Vanilla for all of mine. They like it, and it gives them some extra calcium. Make sure he has some good sized limbs in his cage to chew and climb on.
Please read our thread on 'Nutrition'. You will find a list of veggies and fruits that he should be getting every day. The veggies are VERY IMPORTANT for him, but be sure they are the right kind. You say that he had MBD, which makes the correct diet even more important. A lot of us use Henry's Healthy Blocks for our squirrels. They are made by a member of this board. You can either buy them ready made, or follow the recipe and make your own. They aren't hard to make - you can even just buy the necessary vitamins, already ground up, for making your own.
You will find a lot of help in the nutrition thread that will keep your boy very healthy.
