Harlan Teklad are good (not as good as Henry's of course:D ) and they are less expensive. Some squirrels will eat Harlan; some won't. You can give them a try. You can buy them online at Crafty Rat.

Get the 14% protein for adult squirrels; the 18% protein for growing squirrels.

I think I am going to have to try too. It isn't the cost, but Scurry has been very sick and even well she will NOT eat the Henry blocks:shakehead Keep putting off getting those rat blocks hoping she will develop a taste, but it isn't happening. Aftere a year and a half now...I have soaked ,mixed, diced given whole , eaten them myself, she won't eat them!! sorry to thread jack.

I use Harlan Teklad with pretty good success. Of course, if there's anything else to eat (veggie/nut), they don't go for them, but they do eat them.

If squirrels won't eat rodent blocks like you buy at a pet store, how likely is it that they will eat Teklad Rodent Block?
I have a Down's baby who will not eat rodent block or Henry's Healthy Blocks.
I wonder if he will eat Teklad's. I'm trying to get him on a nutritious diet. Since his has DS, there isn't much that he will eat.
