:sanp3 My squirrel has had red urine for a couple days,she acts fine,playful as ever.She has not eaten or drank anything red lately? I've had her over a year,she has free roam of my bedroom,she's spoiled!!!

how do I know it is acorns and not bladder infection? would she be acting ab-normal?

with a UTI (bladder infection) she would be straining to pee and even crying out in pain....her pee would be very stinky, too. I don't believe you would see red pee...:dono

Make sure you've read up on proper diet for an indoor squirrel here on the board so your fuzzer stays happy and healthy!! They can develop serious problems living indoors without the right diet! :Welcome to TSB
